“Wie unsere Nase unsere Immunantwort beeinflusst” - Andreas Peschel at radioeins

Radio programme about the interaction between the human immune system and the nasal microbiome.

Andreas Peschel was invited as an expert.
The antibody "immunoglobulin A" is actively involved in the neutralisation of pathogens and is found in our nasal secretions, among other things. The result of the study: how many antibodies we have and how strongly they react to a pathogen varies greatly and this also makes our immune response very individual.
