Reiner Jumpertz-von Schwartzenberg, Principal Investigator at CMFI, has published an article on sustainable weight loss in The Conversation. He concludes that sustainable weight loss and improved health are based on the realisation that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. It's about finding the right combination of support, strategy and science that works for each person. The two most important factors are physical activity and a healthy diet.
