Dr. Reiner Jumpertz-von Schwartzenberg, CMFI Junior Research Group Leader, was interviewed for the SWR program DOC Fischer.

In the segment, he, together with his colleague Dr. Andreas Birkenfeldfrom the University Hospital Tübingen, talks about the effects of sweeteners on our body and the influence of nutrition on our gut bacteria and gut microbiome.
