PacBio Day

21.09.2022 1:00 pm Workshop

About the Event

Join us virtually on 21 September for this event in collaboration with the Genome Center at the MPI for Biology Tübingen. This event provides the opportunity to hear from your peers about their latest discoveries and how highly accurate long-read sequencing (HiFi sequencing) can help answer your toughest biological questions.

This 3-hour, virtual event includes:

  • An introduction to HiFi sequencing and the Genome Center at the MPI for Biology Tübingen
  • Presentations from researchers using HiFi sequencing
  • Talks covering Iso-Seq analysis and whole genome sequencing for plant and animal research
  • Q&A + panel sessions to interact with speakers and sequencing experts
